A Brooklyn man, terrified he was about to be arrested, went on Facebook Live moments before he took a fatal plunge out of an 11-story window Tuesday. Police were knocking on the door of an apartment on Monument Walk in the Ingersoll Houses in Fort Greene when Jamel Chandler, 21, used a rope — made of leopard print bed sheets — to climb out the window, cops said. But the sheets couldn’t hold his weight for long and he plummeted to the ground, cops and a witness told the Daily News
