New home surveillance video of a shootout between Miami-Dade Police and a man at a suspected grow house has been released.

The surveillance video was captured by a camera at the suspected grow house last summer. The video shows the owner of the alleged grow house, Gerard Delgado, get into his BMW vehicle just moments before detectives and an FBI agent arrive at the home to investigate the growing of marijuana.

Upon arrival, they come across, Estevanell. As they are talking to him, Delgado exits his vehicle and opens fire on the officers. The shootout ensues for a while. Officers can be seen taking cover and firing back.

Delgado was fatally shot in the head.

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - A woman 8 months pregnant was tased by Springfield police after she reported a car accident in the parking lot of Best Buy on Saturday.

The woman in question is 29-year-old Lucinda White. Her boyfriend, 31-year-old Frederic Thomas was also tased and taken to jail for assaulting a police officer.

Was it excessive force, tasing the pregnant woman, or did Springfield police act accordingly?

Thomas and White were released from the Sangamon County Jail on Sunday evening.

The video below shows Gaglione weaving between lanes before being stopped. The officers claimed that she raised her arms in a menacing manner. However, the video shows Gaglione not responding to instructions to throw out her keys and put her hands on the van. Instead she just stares at the officers who have their guns drawn. One officer then kicks out her legs and pushing her to the ground. One officer appears to kick Gaglione while she is on the ground and before she was hogtied.
